2. Training Schedule:
- Your training will cover product knowledge, company processes, and tools like CRM, basic internet browsing, and handling IndiaMart leads.
- Training sessions will be a mix of hands-on practice and guidance from your seniors.
3. Ask Questions:
- Don't hesitate to ask questions. We encourage you to seek clarification to ensure you fully understand your tasks.
4. Collaborate and Learn:
- Your colleagues are here to support you. Teamwork is key at Techon Led, so make sure to learn from each other and contribute ideas.
5. Focus on Growth:
- This training is designed to help you grow. Be open to feedback and focus on improving your skills, as this will help you succeed in your role.
6. Follow Company Policies:
- Make sure to familiarize yourself with the company's policies, working hours (10:00 am to 7:00 pm), and the rules about Sundays off.

Hum aapko Techon Led parivar mein shamil hote hue dekhkar kaafi khush hain. Jab aap apni training shuru karenge, toh yeh kuch zaroori baatein yaad rakhni hain:
