Techon Led - Terms and Conditions for New Employees

1. Working Hours:
The official working hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Sundays are the only holidays.

2. Leave Policy:
Techon Led has a No Leave Policy. Employees are not permitted to take leaves, except for the weekly Sunday holiday. Any emergency leave must be approved by management in advance.

3. Training:
New employees will undergo a 4-5 day training program as part of the onboarding process. This training will cover product knowledge, company tools (CRM), and company procedures.

4. Company Procedures:
All employees are required to follow the company’s operational guidelines, including the use of CRM, managing leads, and adhering to daily responsibilities.

5. Code of Conduct:
Employees must maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and respect for colleagues. Violations of company rules may lead to disciplinary actions.

Official kaam ke ghante 10:00 am se 7:00 pm tak hain, Monday to Saturday. Sunday ek maatr chhutti ka din hoga.

2. Leave Policy:
Techon Led mein No Leave Policy follow kiya jata hai. Employees ko Sunday ke alawa chhutti nahi di jayegi. Koi bhi emergency leave ke liye pehle se management se approval lena zaroori hai.

3. Training:
